"The Sniper" rolled off from outside the fifth row in the C Main and advanced to a transfer spot as he made it in to the B Main. After starting at the tail end of the B Main, Chinn powered the Erwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Troy Ohio / Sugar Creek Packing /American Racer Tires #1 C.J. Rayburn Race Car up to the fourteenth position, as he fell just short of making the annual "Dream" event.
